Positive Intelligence is a science-based approach to mental fitness that focuses on building your “mental muscles” so you can manage your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours as well as help individuals build their capacity for resilience, empathy, and self-control.

The program length varies depending on your needs and goals. We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks for optimal results.We’ll work with you to develop a personalized plan that takes into account your unique needs and goals, whether that’s improving your energy levels, reducing stress, enhancing your mental clarity, or simply feeling more confident in your body.
The Positive Intelligence app provides a variety of exercises and activities designed to help you develop the key mental muscles that are essential for success and well-being. The app includes daily challenges, guided meditations, and other tools to help you build your mental fitness.
